Payments and Shipping


Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer in advance.

Payment by credit card or PayPal:

It involves the authorization from the credit institution to charge the amount established for the transaction on the customer’s credit card or Paypal. The system accepts the most popular cards within the international circuit (eg Visa, Mastercard …). Once payment by credit card or Paypal has been selected, the system will connect the user with the page of the chosen credit institution, through an encrypted channel. It will be possible to verify that the browser is accessing the virtual counter through a secure channel by checking the presence of a padlock in the status bar of the browser itself. It will be the responsibility of the credit institution to manage the verification and authorization operation correctly. Bottega della Barba Snc does not store information relating to the customer’s credit card at any time during the transaction.

Payment by bank transfer in advance:

The customer is required to make the payment immediately after the order and to send the payment accountant by e-mail ( within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Order fulfillment

We accept orders of any amount, for shipments throughout the European territory.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day. Order fulfillment times vary depending on stock availability factors: available products will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days, for items not available in stock the times depend on the supplier up to a maximum of 15 working days. We obviously undertake to process the order as soon as possible, generally, orders are processed within 1-2 working days from the date of receipt (subject to payment by bank transfer as previously indicated for which we must wait for accreditation).

It is possible to contact us for an update on the order, the replacement of products or the cancellation of the order.

We remind you to monitor the e-mail address from which you sent the order as we will use that, as the only official channel, for any communications. Once your package has been delivered to the courier, we will send you an email confirming the shipment.

Shipping and delivery

• Shipping costs are indicated at the time of order execution within the procedure, and depend on the country of destination. By entering your contact details and in correspondence with the order amount, the procedure will indicate the exact amount of the shipping costs for your order before payment.

• For a total amount equal to or greater than 70 € the shipment will be FREE within the European Union.

The courier does not handle requests for shipments at specific times. Indicatively, without this implying any constraint for Bottega della Barba Snc nor for the courier, it is possible to indicate in the delivery notes special and additional indications for delivery.

At the end of the purchase procedure, it is possible to choose the shipment of the goods to a different address than the billing one, or with the MULTIPLE ADDRESSES service.

Customers are invited upon receipt of the order by the courier in charge, in case of obvious external signs on the package such as: damage, crushing, wet, opening or any other signal that could compromise the integrity of the content, to withdraw it only and exclusively with the “Acceptance with Reserve” clause.

Only with this procedure will it subsequently be possible for us to make a claim against the Courier, thus allowing the customer to be able to regularly receive the damaged goods again or the relative economic reimbursement, without any other cost to him.
